General Employment Application Instructions.   

Please read and follow all instructions carefully.


This application form must be complete, detailed and signed in all respects.  Failure to properly complete this application as detailed below may cause it to be rejected.  The following instructions are furnished to assist you in filling out this employment application.

All questions must be answered completely and accurately.  If a question does not apply, enter N/A in the space provided. Falsification or failure to include information as directed will be grounds for immediate rejection or termination if already employed.  

Avoid errors by reading the directions carefully before making any entries on the form.  


Make sure that your information is correct and in proper sequence before you begin.

You are responsible for obtaining correct addresses and telephone numbers. If you are not sure of an address or telephone number, check it by personal verification. 


Remember, every item may be checked and verified.  A careful, accurate, and complete form will help to expedite your application.  All answers, except where specified, are to be printed in black or blue ink. Be sure to sign each form where indicated.


Minimum Requirements for Employment

  •  Applicant must be at least 21 years of age on the date of hire.
  •  Applicant must have a high school diploma or state G.E.D. equivalent.
  •  Applicant / employee must have the mental and physical ability to complete required training procedures.
  •  Applicant must have a valid State of Residence driver’s license on the date of hire.
  •  Applicant must be in good physical condition and able to stand, walk, run, and climb stairs for extended periods of time.
  • Applicant / employee must have the ability to perform self-defense techniques, if required.
  • Applicant/employee must be flexible and willing to work all hours of the day and night, all days of the week including weekends and holidays.  
  •  Applicant must be willing to work overtime, rotating shifts and adjust to schedule changes on short notice.
  • Applicant / employee must be able to perform all other essential functions of the job including but not limited to completing, detailed, accurate and legible reports and logs at each location. 
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality are also essential components of this job.
  •  Applicants who are considered for employment after their application forms have been reviewed and verified, will be required to complete all of the following screening tools.  Authorizations and releases are included in the application.

  • Applicants/employees must satisfactorily complete a ninety (90) day probationary period to the standard of Champion Security, LLC before being considered for regular full time or part time employment.
